Description
Another oddity (for Me)... A stalk of grass in pen & ink. I did the original sketch while out at a watercolor class, which I later redid in ink. The starkness and simplicity of it appeals to me.

Another illustration recently discovered.
I did this one in 87 or 88, during a watercolor class trip... I got bored and sketched a stalk of dried grass. Later I inked it in india ink with a crowquill pen. I always liked it because of its starkness and... simplicity.
I had to PhotoShop it a bit because of some mildew stains it acquired in storage.
